Courtney Berry serves as the Supervising Attorney of Operations at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, where she plays a key leadership role in ensuring child support and family law cases are handled with precision, efficiency, and care. With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Howard University and a Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Courtney combines academic excellence with a strong commitment to justice and client advocacy.
Originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, Courtney began her legal career in Texas after relocating in 2013. Since then, she has been dedicated to helping families navigate complex legal matters, including child support establishment, modification, and enforcement proceedings.
Inspired by her mother, a lifelong Social Worker, Courtney developed a deep sense of empathy and a desire to guide individuals through life’s most difficult transitions. She approaches child support matters with both strategic insight and compassion, understanding that financial stability and fairness are critical to protecting children’s futures.
As Supervising Attorney of Operations, Courtney helps oversee case management systems, attorney support, and procedural strategy to ensure families receive consistent, high-quality representation. Colleagues describe her as reliable, determined, adaptable, and solutions-oriented—qualities that strengthen the firm’s ability to serve Texas parents effectively.
Outside the office, Courtney enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with her husband—whom she married in October 2023—and their playful puppy, Raz Berry.
