Kimberly Washington is an experienced Texas family law attorney who has been with the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC since 2015. Through her dedication to client advocacy, strong courtroom presence, and natural leadership abilities, she has earned the role of Managing Senior Attorney, overseeing a team of more than 15 attorneys while continuing to represent clients in complex family law and child support matters.
Kimberly is deeply committed to helping parents protect their relationships with their children while ensuring fair and sustainable child support outcomes. She focuses on educating clients about their rights and responsibilities under Texas law, empowering them to make informed decisions that promote their children’s long-term best interests. As a mother herself, Kimberly understands firsthand how critical stability, financial support, and parental involvement are in a child’s life.
Her experience includes handling child support establishment, modification, and enforcement cases, as well as high-conflict disputes involving custody and financial obligations. Kimberly also has extensive experience assisting military families navigating divorce and related child support matters, ensuring that service members and their spouses understand how military service can impact support calculations and family law proceedings. Additionally, she represents clients in cases involving complex financial and business considerations.
Kimberly understands the challenges of balancing a demanding career with parenting responsibilities. She is married with two sons who keep her busy with football, track, and basketball.
