Reneka Hayes is an associate attorney at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC, where she represents parents in child support and family law matters across Texas. Before joining the firm, Reneka operated her own solo practice, gaining valuable experience advocating directly for individuals navigating complex legal challenges.
Reneka is committed to providing strong, strategic representation in child support cases, including establishment, modification, and enforcement proceedings. She believes parents deserve clear guidance and a meaningful voice in decisions that impact their children’s financial stability and future.
While Reneka is a zealous advocate in the courtroom when necessary, she also recognizes the value of mediation. She views mediation as a powerful tool that allows parents to maintain greater control over child support agreements and reach solutions that reflect their children’s best interests.
A graduate of Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Reneka earned her Bachelor of Arts in History, magna cum laude, from Prairie View A&M University. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Texas Bar Association and the Houston Bar Association’s Family Law Section.
